Legal Assets joined legal assistant managers from the United States and Canada in celebrating LAMA’s 20th anniversary at its annual conference held at the Hotel Bonaventure in Montreal November 3-6.

The theme of this year’s conference was mastering “the essential art of communication in the changing world of management.” The participants attended general sessions and enjoyed a variety of smaller workshops covering topics ranging from the Paralegal Manager’s Role in Avoiding Malpractice Claims to Dealing with Difficult People. The schedule also included ample time to visit with the dozens of exhibitors at the LAMA Expo and celebrate LAMA’s two decades of contribution to the legal management field.
