A Legal Assistant Administrator and Manager for over 20 years at one of the area’s largest and most prestigious Washington firms, Yvonne spearheaded the firm’s Legal Assistant department, coordinating recruiting, training, staff assignment and development, performance appraisals, employee relations, budgeting, compensation, and strategic planning matters. Yvonne’s law firm experience is complemented by her active involvement in LAMA (Vice President, Southeast Region). Additionally, Yvonne was an Adjunct Professor at Marymount University’s Paralegal Education Program, serving on its Advisory Committee for 12 years.
