Brooke Pinkerton, Esq., a member of the Litigation Department and Deputy General Counsel for WilmerHale, is a favored veteran faculty contributor to the Legal Assets BreakfastClub Training Series. On April 4th, Brooke presented "Trial Preparation" to an overflow audience of Paralegals, Case Managers, and Administrators. By including specific examples from existing cases, Brooke's talk highlighted how the black-letter rules and procedures relating to pleadings, discovery, motions, pretrial, trial, and appeals apply practically to a Paralegal's role.
