Legal Assets is proud to announce this year’s contribution to the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights endowment fund. This private, non-profit, nonpartisan organization was formed at the request of President John F. Kennedy in 1963 to assist the private bar in providing legal services to secure, through the rule of law, equal justice under law.

Legal Assets continues to support the Lawyers’ Committee’s efforts to marshal the pro bono resources of the bar for litigation, public advocacy and other services by lawyers to the cause of civil rights.
