Legal Assets developed the Contract Attorney Program in response to clients’ requests for attorneys to be assigned to short and long term projects. Firms’ costs are fixed; temporaries are competitively compensated and awarded substantial bonuses and benefits, keeping attrition rates low. At the firm’s option, licensed attorneys may be eligible for hire after 90 days of continuous temporary service at no cost.
